RNIB Vision England residential breaks for young people – applications extended to 28 February

Vision England is a residential programme for 14-17 year olds with vision impairments.

The programme involves:

  • Three residentials over a year, at Field Studies Council (FSC) centres across England.
  • Supported by a team of staff experienced in working with young people with vision impairment.
  • You shape the activities you do, which might include conservation, hiking, climbing, wildlife walks, bushcraft, canoeing.
  • Opportunity to gain a John Muir Award certificate (environmental award scheme).

The residentials take place during the spring holiday, summer holiday and autumn half-term holiday.

The programme costs £25 for three residentials and introduction day. 

Applications are now open for 2018 and close on 28 February.
