Some common problems with phones:

Mobile phones

  • Have you tried the charger in another plug socket around your home?
  • If your phone still has some battery left, have you tried turning it on and off?
  • Have you tried another charger which fits?

Landline phones

  • Have you tried plugging it into a different telephone socket?
  • Have you tried another phone in your house?
  • Have you called your service provider to see if there is a problem with the line?
