How do I get my bills in a format I can read?
Contact the company that sends you the bills and ask them to provide your bills in a format you can read, such as large print, braille or audio. They have a legal obligation under the Equality Act to make a "reasonable adjustment" like this for you. If they refuse, read our advice on challenging discrimination using the Equality Act.
