Why haven't I received any emails from the online shop?

If you were expecting an email and it hasn't arrived, check your spam/junk folder.

You may need to confirm that emails from the RNIB should not be treated as spam (you should check the advice from your email provider on how to do this). Please also check any alternative email addresses that you might have registered with.
