How can I reserve a book on RNIB Overdrive?

We’ve made sure that there are plenty of copies of all our Talking Books available to borrow, but a small number of titles (less than 1,000) on RNIB Overdrive are available in limited numbers. These are books which haven’t been produced by RNIB but are additional titles direct from the publishers, which we’ve purchased under ‘one copy one user’ rules. If you’d like to borrow one of these and it’s already on loan, you can place a hold on it. When the title becomes available, you’ll receive an email notification, and from then you’ll have two days (48 hours) to borrow it. If you don’t borrow it in this time, it will be made available to the next user on the list. You can place up to six titles on hold at one time. There’s more information about placing and cancelling holds on the RNIB Overdrive Help pages.
