How do you ensure that customers who use your services are safeguarded?

We want to ensure that everyone who accesses our services are safe and supported. Our customers may be less able to protect themselves or able to express their needs and wishes clearly.

Our safeguarding policy covers RNIB and third parties providing a service on our behalf.
